At 5:00 p.m., Brad F. came to my house for a breakdown - He appeared on time for the appointment, went straight to work completing a diagnostic, and, once he identified the problem, reviewed the issue with me, discussed the charges and with my permission, performed the repair. He was friendly, professional and explained his findings along the way. Brad went out of his way to make sure I understood the associated charges and was satisfied with the work he did. Dispatched to no cool. Found condensing unit off. Showed error code for locked rotor. Reset breaker, checked voltage regulator, starting and running amps. System running properly at this time.
Dispatched to perform PPM. Changed the air filter. Cleaned drain lines and treated. Checked electrical components for loose wires/shorts. Tested FLA/RLA amps on motors and compressor. Checked main line control and voltage regulator. Ran system to check refrigerant pressures. System running properly at this time.
